Before reaching Greenodd, Cumbria, UK, Route 700 & 70 follow the same path but diverge for ca. 300 meters, before rejoining at the bridge across the estuary. Route 700, where the routes are separate, is mostly impassible on a road bike being grassy bog. It has a style to cross before the bridge too. Not suitable for road bikes.
