Bus routing may actually be broken here. The reasoning is that part of North Street's main route nodes shows one way movement heading north. The bus lane needs adding with a one way heading south to ensure accuracy on this portion of the map. This may break existing routing here without clarification and checks from senior osm map editors.

This entire cross section here system needs a rework. There were works implemented that added a cycle route and both sides of Regent Street. It's a 4 point crossing system over an intersection crossing a dual carriageway. If coming south from Leeds, there is no left or right turn at the traffic lights, directing drivers to take the round about head south to take the right onto Skinner Lane (East). If drivers need to access Skinner Lane (West), they have to turn left at the previous left turn of Byron Street, take Leyland and onto Skinner Lane (West) or come from Skinner Lane (East) and head straight at the intersection.
It's a mess that needs clearing up.
