Trail at this location is closed with what appears to be a permanent fence blocking access and clear “Trail closed” signage in front of it. I have taken a photo which I can share as helpful.

This section of trail does not exist. I’ve verified both by visiting in person and reviewing NPS maps, which give the creek (Bull Run) as the boundary for this section of the park. https://www.nps.gov/mana/planyourvisit/maps.htm There are no sections of trail, excepting the one that connects the parking lot to the stone bridge, between the creek and Bull Run Winery.

This is a private road: Ford Rd. from Sander Ln. to Shari Ct. is a public road, but beyond this point, there is signage indicating a private drive.
