Sometimes this short one block stretch of road is referred to as the 400 block of N Jackson St.

This is definitely W. Hudgens St, and was platted that way by the railroad during the town’s inception in the 1880’s. I have seen the original plans at city hall.
The street is marked as such (100 blk East of First St, 200 blk west of First St).
