It depends on how it works and what it suggests.

If it suggests things like wikipedia=McDonald's / wikidata=Q38076 ( https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q38076 ) then you can:

(a) report problem to authors of a plugin (let me know if you need help with that) - I really recommend doing it

(b)
- wait for authors to fix plugin
- or fix such things manually before you upload edit (in case of a McDonald's it would be adding brand: prefix, in case of memorial of some disaster it would be adding subject: prefix etc)
- or maybe stop using it

Note that any editing will make occasional mistakes (among my edits there are some things that went really wrong!), so it is more about getting them to acceptable level that avoiding them altogether. Do not worry if your edits are sometimes fixed/improved - this is normal. But if this wikidata plugin keeps recommending many mistaken edits then something should be done about it.

Note that it is also useful to map buildings, not only businesses - I changed a bit in changeset/111581974 where I added building tag on outline and moved business to a separate node

I made this edit now, as I was waiting for response from fayor - I see that they edited now without responding to changeset/111407406 - so I assume that they become aware that their edits were in this case mistaken.
