In OSM we are mapping reality, not selecting places for pokemon portals.

"I want Pokemon portal here in my game" does not mean "park is here".

I replied on note on topic of note itself, but name=(vacant) is a bit problematic - it is not name of this building.

I would remove it during survey as incorrect but I am not going to remove here it remotely.

I am pretty sure that highway=footway (or maybe highway=cycleway) would describe it better.
