This type of wikipedia links (about brand of object, not object itself) should be added with "brand:wikipedia" tag, not "wikipedia" tag.

I fixed it for this object.

"Nobeyama radio observatory" wikipedia page should be linked from OSM object representing entire observatory, not individual telescopes.

Do you have any idea how the entire observatory area should be tagged?

And why you make edit "One way road added" if you are REMOVING one way road?

Due to lack of response to comments, bizarre edits, repeated damage of data, refusal to provide sources of data, making edits without checking situation I am confident that edits made from this account are overall making situation worse and discouraging of local mappers.

Nemca, for start you should answer "What was the source of the change to way/418379129/history etc.? I can't see how you can tell this from Bing imagery. " question.

What kind of data you use to make your edits? How you verify whatever your edits are matching relaity?

To jakie jest źródło tej edycji? Bo nie są to ani "mapy satelitane" ani sytuacja w terenie.

Plus to że zaczęła się duża budowa obejmująca budowę drogi nie oznacza że zaczęła się budowa drogi.

Np. trwający program budowy autostrad w Polsce nie oznacza że północna obwodnica Krakowa jest w budowie.
