tribes linked as territory was so popular tagging and less blatantly wrong than many things listed in https://matkoniecz.github.io/OSM-wikipedia-tag-validator-reports/ that I think this kin of report is suppressed

(and AFAIK wikidata was also wrong, in way much more subtle than what I am listing at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Mateusz_Konieczny/failing_testcases )

let me know if you are interested specifically in tribe/territory QA and would process such reports and not interested in other QA (then I can look into it, but if you are interested at all also in other broken data maybe looking into it first would make sense, as reports are already up)
