Hi Jack, I feel like these might not be really a park. Park is more like when there are trees, paths to walk on, maybe benches to sit and relax. These areas look to me as more oriented towards sport use.

There is also "CT ECO Shaded Relief" layer in case the imagery makes it hard to see the streams.

Awesome, thank you!

That's a good point. River areas are not supposed not even have names, those should be only on waterway=river/stream lines.
I removed the name from the relation that had the way as outer member.

Thanks, but are you saying that Lisa's Court is correct or is it Lisa Court?

142210621 about 2 years ago

Hi,
just one thing I noticed. Please be careful to not delete important tags when merging objects. In this case you removed wikidata and gnis:feature_id tags.
When merging objects you can select both and then press "C" to keep all the tags from both objects.
Cheers

Hi,
I would like to ask for more information about this tagging campaign. What is the meaning of hgvtrimble=delivery tag? And also, was this editing efforts somewhere discussed or documented?
Thank you

Hi,
adding golf=fairway tag to those lines is incorrect because all those fairways are already part of fairway multipolygons.

Hi and welcome to OSM!

Question. Are you sure about the street name? If you zoom here in the sign it says Lisa's Court. (https://www.bing.com/maps?cp=41.515256%7E-73.405195&lvl=19.0&pi=-4.5&style=x&dir=46)
Also I don't see any traffic restrictions so it seems that ownership is private but the access is unrestricted.

Hi, I noticed several edits like this one in a rapid succession. Is this a scripted editing or is it a organized editing campaign?
Also in your edit you just added a single node without changing the overall geometry of the road. Could you please elaborate on the purpose of these edits?
Thank you.

Thanks for helping out on this challenge!

Here's one tip. The best imagery to use is either "Esri World Imagery (Clarity) Beta" or "CT ECO Orthoimagery (2019)".
In case there are still too many trees obstructing the view of the stream, try switching to: "CT ECO Shaded Relief". It's almost like an X-ray vision :)

Thanks. Here are some suggestions for improvement for the next time:

* House number goes to a separate field named `addr:housenumber`
* In opening hours, days are separated with a semicolon not a coma: Mo 07:00-17:00; Tu 8:00-18:00; ...
* Telephone number needs to start with the international code +1-203-...
* Don't use country=USA field

Cheers

Hi and welcome to OSM!
Thanks for the edits, but what I noticed you also created 2 unlabeled points and a hot spring in Connecticut that does not exist.
Best is to stay in smaller area when editing and double check the edits before uploading them.
Cheers

You can map the gate by adding barrier=gate to a node at its location. And to indicate restricted access past the gate, just add access=private to the road.
