j'ai trouvé une source d imagerie qui montre bien la zone en travaux. j ai corrigé en conséquence.

Je sais que le pont est interdit sur les voies de voiture et il y a une piste cyclable. L’avenue Papineau à Laval je suis pas certain. Il ne semble pas avoir vu de panneaux interdiction mais il faudrait vérifier. Je suis d’accord que si c’est interdit formellement par un panneau sur le terrain il faut bicycle=no

je crois pas avoir fait ça sinon juste pour ajuster le quai peut-être. Mais les lignes de traversier sont pas ma création. Peut-être pour montrer un trajet différent dans chaque direction ? Ou il y a deux bateaux avec des caractéristiques qui diffèrent ? Sinon je sais vraiment pas. Je suis jamais passé par là.

I just read this wiki and don't see where it says that if building are mapped then the landuse should not be used. Where do you read that ?
For sure it is common practice to keep both in place. That is the one I prefer.

You really don't get it do you. The name is ERRELEVANT. The tag value changes rendering of the name and it is a reflection of the size and function of the town/city. Capitals should always be tagged city to stand out on maps. Other places it depends on their relative importance, not how they call themselves. The tags could have been called "small_city" and "large_city" but somebody one day decided to call them "town" and "city" and it will have to remain such for ever. That's all.

Again, this is irrelevant. The tag value has nothing to do with the name of the place. It has do do with its size and function. Read the wikis.

Hi Tim. landuse tags (residential, industrial, commercial, brownfield, institutional, etc) are markers of what type of usage the land is used for. You will see the equivalent shading on other map services as well (google, etc). In larger urban areas they are all used, to mark the parts of the town used for each type of activity. It is not related to political boundaries. So landuse residential marks an area 'primarily' used for housing purposes. We should keep it along with the building you added. They show at different zoom levels and the grey area is useful to get a sense of the size of a village or town. Some rendering engines show the landuse area but not the buildings because in dense area individual buildings just make everything too clogged, for example on phone apps or Garmin devices. Some app have on option to turn buildings on or off. So in conclusion best is you leave the residential area in place, it does not have to be super precise. And the building you added are fine. A l'ouest de Rigaud jusqu'a l'Ontario, les rails sont retirés. Je l'ai remis comme "path". C est pas une voie cyclable officielle comme elle l'est en ontario, mais c; est un voie utilisée par les locaux. Cette section est définitivement plus une voie ferrée - c'est en gravier. Entre Hudson et Rigaud les rails sont encore présents bien qu'inutilisés.

Les petites jonctions temporaires pour police et autre véhicules spéciaux sur les autoroutes le sont PAS des motorway link. Regarder la définition, un motorway link est une bretelle d'access entrée/sortie accessible au publique. La pratique et d; utiliser "service road" et de mettre Access No, car elles sont pas pour l; usage du public.
