Hi Scott,

Thanks for your updates. It looks like you may have accidentally dragged a node on Harney Street in this changeset. You can see the start of this near 41.25658,-95.93883. This has skewed the highways and generated a lot of warnings. Can you review and fix it?

Hi Tejaswi, can you please correct the overlaps between the residential road and the sidewalks that were introduced in this changeset? If you have any questions just ask.

146333964 almost 2 years ago

Hi Tejaswi, thanks for your contribution to OSM. Please be sure to use descriptive changeset comments so that other mappers can better understand your contributions.

In this changeset several unnecessary crossings on Carlysle Cove Drive were created where the sidewalk overlaps the residential road. See node/11522793497 as an example. Before adding sidewalks you may need to realign existing highways first to prevent this type of overlap.

If you need help correcting these please let me know.

My bad, I used the incorrect changeset comment. In this changeset I added a couple of storm drains during survey.

Hi scbsnx, thanks for adding these buildings. Some these buildings appear to qualify for building=commercial or building=industrial instead of building=yes. Please see: building=* If you have questions or need support, just reach out. Happy mapping!

Hi Seale87, welcome to OSM and thanks for your contributions! Normally in the United States, the address information would be applied to a node or a building, please see: osm.wiki/Addresses Also adding the other address components, like street name, city/town, and postal codes are helpful to add as it can improve search results. If you have questions or need help, just reach out.

Hi scbsnx, thanks for your contributions to OSM and the updates around Claremont. If you can in the future, please try to add the parking lot area and access details. That additional can help data consumers of OSM content to understand if the parking lot is open to the public or as an example, if it's restricted to permit holders or maybe employees of specific business.

Hi DeathfireD, welcome to OSM and thanks for your contributions by adding these houses. Sharing a minor tip in case you're not aware of it, the "Q" character on your keyboard can be used to square the building shape. If you need help or have questions about OSM let me know.

Hi dkwolf, can you be more specific on the source that you used from the Town of New London? I live in the town and the school ground updates do not match the situation on the ground here. Happy to help make corrections but want to understand what source from the town was used as it may need to be corrected.

Hi, thanks for your map updates to OSM. Did you know that in the iD editor that you can fine-tune the shape of the building by squaring it with the shortcut key Q? I went ahead and squared the buildings in this changeset. If you're ever need support along your mapping journey feel free to reach out. Thanks again for your contributions!

Thanks for handling the fix. I only noticed the oddball speed value last weekend when I had some time to kill in Concord. Noted on the simple fixes for the future. Much appreciated!

Hi aweech, I know this changeset was from a few years ago. It looks like the Max Speed Limit was set to 2 mph on this way: way/18859148/. I suspect this was a typo and was intended to be Lanes = 2. Just wanted to confirm you're good with me making the change.

Hi, thanks for your contributions to OSM . Can you provide more descriptive comments in future changesets? It would help nearby users (like myself) understand what you've updated.

In the history, 7th Street had a speed limit added for 35mph on way/14850674. I was reaching out just in case you have local knowledge that is more current than aerial imagery. If you don't recall the changeset, then no worries. I'll continue to look for other sources.

Hi Baloo Uriza, I know this changeset was from several years ago but was wondering if you might remember it? I suspect that way/14850674 is a Service Road and not a Residential Road. It looks like an old TIGER import but in imagery appears to be the entrance/exit to a parking lot.

In addition to changing it to Service Road, I was leaning towards disconnecting it from Birch Ave as it doesn't appear to go through building.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can share.

I forgot to add the source which is Aerial Imagery Bing.

Hi Chris, I ran into some untagged nodes in Alabama that were added in this changeset. I know this edit is from a long time ago but there seems to a pattern to the position of the nodes. Are there any reasons to not remove these untagged nodes? An example, can be found here: node/371880040/history
