The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

A place called "Bellezza Moda" (might be a travel agency?). I didn't get a chance to see what it is. But I didn't see any place called "Under The Sun" clothing store around here.

There's a medical clinic here, but there isn't an offering on SCEE that best matches this. I put "hospital building" but a desktop user may want to put a more useful tag here.

This area has five areas mapped, which I believe is meant to be unit-level. But during my walk of it, there are 6 units. And two of the stores listed here are not adjacent to one another: there is a Thai express between Sen and Chopped Leaf. But you can't move Sen into the last unit because that is vacant.

When I have time, I am going to remap this area into one block and list the stores as points. Reasons:
- This region has been having some store closures lately, and it makes more sense for maintenance to use POIs.
- You can't tell where units start and stop from imagery so it seems like unrealistic precision to map at unit-level here. If this was not the case, then the sixth unit could have been detected.
