So what I'm struggling with is that in order to make all the shops on the second floor wheel chair accessible, you'd think an elevator is needed. But I can't find one inside the Cornwall Centre at all right now. It might've been in The Bay that closed down?

There might also be an elevator at the BMO building or parkade. But that doesn't feel accessible to me, those are different buildings. I think the answer at the moment is no, but I want to check whether my logic is good first.
