Consider renaming as "Chichester Sewage Treatment Works" since it is in the process of taking all extra sewage from 3000+ new homes arriving at pressure from Southern Water's new Chichester pipeline. 'Treated' water then enters the already flood-prone Aldingbourne Rife. What could possibly go wrong?
