The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

When passing here earlier this week I spotted a No Motor Vehicles Sign but for only a set period (Mondays to Fridays 07:00-09:30) and except for access, I am not sure what is the best way to flag this on OSM or if it should be.
