The property line does not have the deviation shown. It is straight out. The ramp that was installed in this location was done so illegally by the city and was removed in 2023 when the walkway to the beach had to be rebuilt following damage by hurricanes the previous year.

Fresh is now closed, and in its place is Tide & Tonic.

There is another business- a gym and fitness center- at this location called South Beach Fitness.

Starbucks has been closed at this location for some time. They moved to Eau Gallie on beachside.

Burger King is permanently closed.
