Layer information on upper, lower and lower-lower Wacker needs work. For example, Lower Wacker is layer=-1 west of Michigan, passes through layer=0 and becomes layer=1 at Columbus. Also, Lower Michigan may be inconsistent with the Lower Wacker layer info.
