move Betanië to the other building. Their website and Wikidata point there and Pactum is at house number 23 (not sure if they occupy the whole building but, in web searches for the address, I can't find anything else that's there)

m. patch up blank area from last changeset

more touching up of landuse and road alignment. Area can still use further updates and definitely surveying as well

various updates around and between the Latasteschool and Ursula Horn, mainly landuse and paths/roads. The area looks very outdated, could use further detailing from aerial (especially when new images are released) as well as surveying
