not a crossing for pedestrians and, per the OSM wiki, cycleway=crossing is only added in countries where an ordinary cycleway wouldn't have right of way. Remove crossing tags

this vista-providing structure is not a "triangulation pillar, geodetic vertex, or [...] in a fixed location and of a known altitude" AFAICT, so tourism=viewpoint seems most fitting. Also align-to-aerial some other features I've surveyed today
