Dan upload het alleen als je op uploaden drukt. Wijzigingen blijven bewaard bij het verlaten van de app (weet niet zeker of ze ook bewaard blijven bij het killen/force-stoppen van de app, maar ga ik wel vanuit).

Ik snap wel dat het probleem zeldzaam genoeg is dat ze de extra moeite voor deze split-functionaliteit liever besteden aan het verbeteren van andere aspecten zoals quests (en daarmee uiteindelijk de kaartdata). Zou natuurlijk leuk zijn als het beide kon, maar ik snap het wel. Als iemand het erg belangrijk vindt, is het denk ik ofwel zaak om aan te tonen dat het een groter probleem is dan het nu lijkt en de devs te overtuigen, ofwel het zelf te bouwen.

Er zijn twee workarounds mogelijk, ik citeer voor het gemak even uit het Engels:

- Making sure you do a different quest type as last or first change before or after switching area
- Making sure 20 minutes passed since the last upload before uploading changes in a new area

Ik ga er beter op letten :)

Thanks voor je feedback! Had direct na je comment de vraag gesteld aan een van de StreetComplete devs maar nog geen reactie; nu ook een comment toegevoegd in het relevante ticket[1] met de vraag. Moet even kijken hoe dit precies moet, maar linksom of rechtsom moet het wel kunnen :)

Err, thanks iD, just cut off my comment at the moment I hit upload instead of setting a maxlength on the field or warning that it's too long and is going to be cut off... The cut-off bit of changelog message I typed was:

Hoi EOSfoto, ik zie dat je een aantal parkeerplaatsen op de kaart gezet hebt (tijdje terug alweer). De gebruikte tag (amenity=parking_space) is echter bedoeld voor individuele parkeervakken, terwijl de gemarkeerde area de hele parkeerplaats omvat. De tag voor een parkeerplaats is amenity=parking. Ik heb een aantal aangepast die ik tegenkwam maar ben er niet grondig langsgegaan. Just FYI :). Thanks voor alle bijdragen aan OSM, je hebt er nogal wat gedaan zie ik! :)

Thanks Leo, ik wist eigenlijk niet eens dat je een verwijderde node kon reviven - nu snap ik waarom de 'wat is de huidige node #1' een quizvraag in SOTM kon zijn! Recent viel me al op dat in de XML er enkel visible=false staat dus nu ik dit zie valt het kwartje ook direct hoe dit werkt. Leuk (weer wat geleerd) :)

Thanks for updating the map!

Looking at the changeset, you removed one node and added a new one. The old one used to have an address (originating from BAG, the Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen), Nieuwstraat 2, but your new node (Salon Sindy) doesn't have an address. I think you accidentally removed this data from the map. And as an aside, by creating a new node, the history is less visible (see osm.wiki/Keep_the_history ), so it's recommended to just edit the existing node to fit the new situation when the situation has changed.

Do you want to restore the address and BAG source tags on the Salon Sindy node? (Of course, only if Nieuwstraat 2 still exists there, I assume that didn't change.)

I generally prefer outlines when they're known and the building doesn't seem implausibly large to me. From what I remember from walking by, it seemed to me like they have this building, but you're right, they could probably do with less space and a node would have done fine as well.

As for building=retail, I remembered it was for anything sold to consumers, and indeed the wiki says: "A building primarily used for selling goods to the general public". Not sure if tailored clothes is strictly a "good" but without going into the legal definition, it seemed to fit better than the generic building=yes. Of course, feel free to change it if you think it's inappropriate.

Thanks aachso! Long time ago by now but I just used the instructions for the first time (and had this email notification unread in my inbox all this time xD). It's a bit of a weird interface since I'm used to doing relations editing in josm, but your instructions helped and told me where to look, so thanks again :). For the record, new changeset is 86916421 (it contains a couple surveyed changes, but only one new relation so should be trivial to find)

Thanks aixbrick! The existing POI somehow didn't render on OsmAnd, first time that happened, but now I know to search for the POI (because it was in the data even if not rendered) before adding it :)

I noticed you added two nodes that have only a name tag, specifically "dog_toilet". By giving something only a name, it is not yet usable data, and it might not even show up on the map. Please use the proposed feature for dog toilets, which is 'amenity=dog_toilet'. Only if that toilet has a name, it should be given a name tag.
I've edited these two points, so you don't have to do anything, just wanted to let you know. Thanks for contributing to the map! :)

This is now a node without any tags. If the cafe no longer exists, as the previous changeset description says, then please just remove the node. Otherwise, please add tags to indicate what this node represents. PS. Your changeset descriptions are not very descriptive: I assume that every edit will fulfill the purpose of changing the map to a more recent state, so there is no need to remark that.

Hi, thanks for adding De Kolentip! I see there is also a way added to its address node, that is untagged. Is this by mistake, or is there something inside the Kolentip building that you meant to map?

You removed all tags from this road, but left the road. I assume this is by mistake, so I will revert the changes.

Extreem goede vraag... ik weet het niet! Het is inmiddels alweer meer dan een jaar geleden... misschien dat ik handmatig inwonersaantallen heb nagezocht en op een artikel uitkwam waarin stond dat de naam dit was (aangezien elders in Nederland de plaats ook bestaat)? Of misschien gaf de editor een warning dat het nu dubbel was?

Ik weet het in ieder geval niet meer. Wijzig het vooral als je denkt dat het zonder hoort te zijn :)
