This track only exists for part of its length.
At the Northern end it exists for about 1/4 of its length on private property and provides access to woodland 364 days of the year.
At the Southern end it exists only as a private drive to a single residence. The middle section does not exist at all. There is no public right of way.
Due to this and to inaccurate postcode markers on Google maps for postcodes in Newlands Avenue it attracts unwelcome vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
