I added this motorway_junction but do not know what the exit sign reads. It appears to go to I 35, but I cannot be sure. Can a local mapper add the destination=* or destination:ref on the connecting way? Thank.s

It is difficult to tell from the aerials if there are traffic signals at these intersections. I can't imagine them *not* being signal controlled but someone local still needs to verify they are in fact signalized and revert my edit if they are not.

There is a motorway_junction at node = 152376136 that says: noref = yes. Typically there is an ref = <exit #> on a motorway_junction. If there is a exit number, can a local mapper update the tag information? Thanks.
