Revert changesets 147536002, 147536435, and 147543779 of new user Ezzulddin Salman, when he deleted many accurate streets and POI, and changed others. Follow up changeset 147554676 has restored the data that he added to the map.

Validation error fixes: fixing the layer issue on the crossing bridges over the street, used the word 'street' instead of 'road' and added wiki tags.
