Deleting the highway used by people who get in or out of the capital city is pretty much vandal. Here in OSM we always assume good intentions but this? no, this is major.
I'm going through your edit history and I'm seeing too many errors and "mistakes".
I gave your team too many notes on how to map in my country and it improved a bit but still, too many errors, some are very critical and quite dangerous too for navigation.
If you want to edit here in a foreign country to you that you don't have the local knowledg in, you need to be more cautious.
With your feuture edits, keep in mind that I'm watching.

You did assume. This is not a roundabout. This shape is applied to all of this neighborhood roads..

No, look at osmcha and see what you did! Your edit is quite dangerous too. You made the main highway split into left to continue on the highway and right to the exit, the highway is straight and by doing what you did it might make navigation maps to say for example “turn left and continue on road xxx” this is on too the fact that your edit is totally wrong too. Please don’t do such edits again and go back and review your edits if they have the similar issues and fix them.

Dear mapper, please don’t remove roads based on assumptions. The road is actually not splitting nor blocked.
Please, do not remove a shaded road if it’s hidden behind tall buildings. If you’re not sure or think that it might be a dead end. Add a fix me tag so local mappers can review it.
Now, please revert your edit and restore the previous shape of the road. Thank you.

If a road look private don’t delete it, instead tag it as a private.
If you see cars parked on a road, that mean the road is accessible and should not be deleted.
If I were in your shoes I wouldn’t spilt ways, but add a barrier tag where the concrete barrier wall is at the road.
