Now lets get back to your edit,

This changeset has been reverted fully or in part by changeset/125754707 where the changeset comment is: revert changeset/125734285 , restore valid tags for the Iraqi border gate barrier=gate and update the access tag access=permit

125734285 over 3 years ago

Hello Mahdi Nameghi,
Why did you remove the Iraqi border gate? there is a gate and it is clearly shown in areal imagery. Please restore and revert your edit.
Also, while editing in Iraq, please use language that Iraqis understand like Arabic or English. In edits like this at the border, English would be preferred for both communities to understand the changeset comment.
Regards.

Please use a good changeset comment next time.
You should've explained to the mappers what you edited and why.
Please read: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

Please use a good changeset comment next time.
You just put the name of the feature you edited in a non local language or known language mappers would understand in this area.
A good changeset comment would be "Added name:fa=مسجد کوفه" so the mappers know what your edit is.
Please read: osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

You welcome, Yes, few users contacted me too about those Iranian mappers, I left them a long instructional comment changeset/125446349 and send him a message too. They still have many other errors still, lets see if they correct them or just leave them wrong.

Why did you deleted node/4496529612/history and add it again? you should've just moved it, you deleted it and made a new one to make 'name' in Kurdish instead of Arabic?

125633462 over 3 years ago

@SomeoneElse, he STILL and KEEP change the name:ar to Kurdish, he never stopped, your message in the block for him was 4 days ago, and he STILL does this, he did one 3 hours ago, see:
way/1048569873/history
He changed it from "شارع هەڵبەند" to "شەقامی گوڵان" the word "شارع" is "street" in Arabic and "شەقامی" is street in Kurdish, and the 2nd word for both is just Kurdish name written in Kurdish letters. So basically he changed the word "street" from Arabic to Kurdish in name:ar again.

He deleted tens if not hundreds of Arabic names for villages, towns, streets, shops, and other objects from northern Iraq, and he and other users too.
Changing 'name' tag from Arabic to Kurdish is not a problem inside The Kurdish region since it's majority Kurd speaking areas, but deleting name:ar is wrong, especially in areas outside the Kurdish region like Kirkuk, Nineveh and Diyala states, I had seen many issues like this and fixed them but it's just too many especially when there is hundreds or thousands of villages and a user have thousands of changesets to check.
So, is there any way to check for deleted 'name:ar' in a specific area? like overpass-turbo query? and I will check every single element if there is a way that shows all of deleted 'name:xx' things.

>Yes, I am a member of the Neshan team.
-Then state that in your profile bio and on the team wiki page so people know. You need to do this ASAP.

Please read these notes so you have more understanding of Iraq to map better:

1: Most of the sources you're using are wrong or not reliable, unfortunately.

A\ you added names for residential streets, all of them are wrong, in Iraq, we don't have text names for residential roads, we have alley numbers, not names.
See this: https://bio.je/314-63 this is a sign for a road that says this road is alley 63 of district 314 of Adamiyah neighborhood, this is standard for all of Iraq, except the Kurdistan region up north which has a different style of signs but have the same meaning, for example, https://bio.je/105-8 it says alley 8 of district 105 of The Arab neighborhood. We, in Iraq, map residential roads like XXX-XX which X is a number for example the first road would be name=314-63 and the second one name=105-8, we must include the district number too because we can't add only the alley number as that will make a whole mess and not findable roads.
The names you added for residential roads are like for example "MUHAMMED sab street" which Muhammed added himself (not you, just an example) he added such a name for his home's street. We can't have personal residents' names on their home street addresses, this will start a mess cause each one will want to add his name to the map, etc... You must add the correct name which is in the XXX-XX format.

B\ You added 'name' tag for primary main streets in Iraq but the names you're adding are in Persian, not Arabic, This is a problem.
Since your app is for Iranian users, it's mostly used by tourists who visit Iraq and want an offline map. They added the names in Persian and you just copy the Persian name to 'name' tag. You used Persian alphabet letters which are not used by the Iraqis, you can't use them in 'name' tag, if you're typing it yourself, then you need to have Arabic:Iraq keyboard in your computer to type the names with.

2- Don't merge roads in Iraq without local knowledge. Primary roads and residential roads might not have the same name as the whole street, like half of the street is called X and the other half called Y.

Please remove all the text 'name' tags for the residential roads that you added. and fix the 'name' tags you added for the main primary roads and make it in Arabic not Persian.
If you can't do this, let me know and I will do it myself for you for your previous edits, but you need to be more cautious for your future edits and consider the things that I told you.
Also, please don't assume things, like the oneway tag you removed and restored after I told you it was correct.
Don't delete roads that are not present in Bing satellite imagery, as it's not recent, You need to see Maxar, this is not you, but your team members were deleting new roads that are still not visible in bing maps but visible in Maxar.
Please forward this to your colleague in your team too.

You need to look and see all the comments that were left on your changesets, when people ask you, answer them.
https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=16905710

I would appreciate it if you and your team put #Neshan in the changeset comments so people know this edit by a team, your team is doing this for Iran but not Iraq, do this to Iraq too.

If you need any help, you or your team, can reach by and send a message if you want help with something.

Regards.

Hello again, why did you delete node/8942835917? now no one can find the resort when they search for it...

125564308 over 3 years ago

Hello ڕاستی, please, use Arabic Language and Arabic alphabet for name:ar, you're writing it with Kurdish alphabet, Arabic readers can read it yes since Kurdish and Arabic is so similar just like the English readers can read words in Espanish. Now since you changed the Arabic name, Arabic users will not find this subdistrict if they search for it. Please, Please, I've told you this many times before, just be careful with name:ar, don't remove it or put any Kurdish letters in it... Please read my other comments to you here: https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=4800812
