Read the OSM wiki. We can not have duplicates and the iconic image of a person is not an excuse to have duplicates. I will remove the duplicates. Thank you and have a good night.

Duplicates are spam.. adding a POI for a feature that is already mapped is not needed and considered as spam.

Garden means a place to plant onions. If you meant a place where there is roses then thats flowerbed.

It is already mapped as a “shape area” as you called it, there is no need to add another POI for it.
