What you shared are not official maps that's approved by the Iraqi government. What you shared is from the Kurdistan region not the Iraqi government. so please, share an official Iraqi government source.
Best regards.

Dear mapper, here in OSM we map boundaries from the official government sources, If you have an Iraqi government source with a map to show what you claim, then you can fiddle up with the borders. otherwise you are not allowed to edit borders the way you want if it's not approved by the Iraqi government officially. The source must be official Iraqi government site ".gov.iq".
Best regards.

Hello again, what you shared are a 15 year old source, please share a recent one. in 2017 lots of areas that the Kurdish forces occupy illegally after 2003 returned to the federal government administration see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Iraqi%E2%80%93Kurdish_conflict. So please if you want to share any official source it must be after that date. And the map must follow the official Iraqi government maps.
Best Regards.

Dear friend, you are sharing non official government sources. the official border lines by Iraqi government you can see it in official sources like,
Diyala gov site: https://diyala.gov.iq/
You can scroll down and see the map, it include the areas where you cut from Diyala which is wrong.
Also, here is an interactive official gov map: https://saad.moch.gov.iq/sites/default/files/IraqMap_ar.html
And if you don't want official gov maps here are the map from wiki: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Diyala_map.svg
Or you can see the state of borders in other maps, like google map:
Diyala Governorate: https://goo.gl/maps/hb1pqmJhX7CpzjXE8
Sulaymaniyah Governorate: https://goo.gl/maps/LSvLZcyJMDU3CLP77
All of these source I sent you have the borders correctly matching the official Iraqi gov sources.
Best Regards.

Hello Muhammad Faiq Kalhury, I have reverted this changeset as you edited the administrative boundaries as they don't match with the official Iraqi government maps. Please if you want to edit and move boundaries make sure they are correct and match the official ones by the Iraqi government.
Best regards.

Hi Rensas, I see you deleted lots of "stream"s here, like way/565113573, I can see the path of them from sat images but no water, you should've tagged them as seasonal instead of just deleted them.
Best Regards.

Hello again Renas, I see you deleted alot of "waterway=stream" ways, 1847 nodes! quite a lot. these "stream"s should've been tagged as "natural=ridge" I believe. so please revert your edit and tag them as that instead of deleting them.
If you don't know how to do so, please let me know, glad to help.
Regards.

Hello Renas, may I know why did you change the name for NODE: 9897016572 ?
The name should be the official name of the Flag in Iraq which that would be "ئاڵای هەرێمی کوردستانی عێراق" that is the name the flag registered as in Iraq as the flag of the region, not just "ئاڵای هەرێمی کوردستان"
Also I see you added "wikidata" and "wikipedia" tags for it, this is wrong, it should be "flag:wikidata" and "flag:wikipedia"
Regards.

Hello little_maper, Thank you for your reply, Can you disclose this in your team's wiki page [1]? something like "our team might use a very recent imagery for mapping in OSM as we signed a contract with Maxar in mm/dd/yyyy to use their SecureWatch Imagery to trace in OSM. etc.. also, please share the "agreement" so mappers can validate. Thank you.
