Dear little_maper,

Adding 'cutting=yes' to the road is a great idea and this is what I think should've been done.

I Just replaced 'layer=-1' to 'cutting=yes' in changeset/131453300

Best regards.

Hi, Alrwad street have 0 links. There is no turns in this street you need to go to the very end to turn back. I’ve drove and walked this street hundreds if not thousands of times. Regards.

Dear Abdelrahman_mahmoud, Thank you for deleting the non existing link. This road is still under construction and open to the public.
Best regards.

Hello Abdelrahman_mahmoud,
Can you explain please why did you connect the service road of the highway to the residential road "way/1126482798"? The main road is higher than the residential road by about 3 meters and it's impossible to drive with this link you made unless it's a tank or something.
Please don't rely on satellite imagery alone without local knowledge, as this highway is still under construction and not fully open.
I see that you got into an argument with a local mapper in 130724501, please refine from such arguments as here in OSM and the Iraqi OSM community we prefer local knowledge over foreign knowledge that relies on satellite imagery.
Kindly revert your edits as they are inaccurate.
Regards.

> The main concern and criterium here would be how up-to-date it is.
simply by calling the number and speak with them to confirm the number is working and for that exact branch :)
Thanks and have a great day!

Good morning dear friend,

"phone number is relevant for business and logistics on a local level"
Absolutely and I do agree with this point.

"would you like me to put the phone tag back onto the post offices?"
No, I guess. Because if we put it in the "phone" tag that number must be reachable by any caller worldwide, so if we want to add it back it must be in the "phone:IQ" tag and this will not help because it won't show in the phone info for apps that use OSM data.

What I think is best to do is to get the actual mobile phone or landline numbers for each branch so it will be 1-relevant and 2-world-wide reachable. Every couple of months or so I usually pass by the street where the main office is located, maybe I can go and ask for mobile phone numbers or at least get the landline numbers in the worst case, unfortunately, %99 of landline phones in Iraq is no longer working after 2003 because the landline telephone exchange was bombed during the invasion, so it must be mobile phone numbers I believe.
Anyway. Thank you for your excellent explanations, good talk to you sir.

Hello, I do agree with you here.
The reason I added the numbers in the first place is so people can call the post office to get their mail/parcel, I know this sound weird to you and yes it kinda does but after 2003 (the invasion) there were no new road signs to put because factories who made them got bombed and we can not put new address signs, etc.... long story, so now let's say I want to buy things from AliExpress I have to put my phone number in the address 2 line so when the parcel arrives they call me to pick it up since they don't deliver to homes after 2003, some people don't have their number in the mail so they call the number and ask if there is a mail for them to come and collect. And this was the reason for me to put it in "Phone" so it can be shown in maps apps, see: https://i.ibb.co/jDryrVm/image.png
So now, even if we put it in "phone:IQ=*" it won't show in the apps I guess and that will be not helpful either, I guess we can live without them I guess.
Sorry for the long story and have a great evening my friend.
