Hi ڕاستی, in this changeset you specify that Teammart do not accept cards, and you specified that your source is "survey" and this is not true. last time I was there to buy groceries during my visit I paid with my Rafidain Bank MasterCard, the store has a a POS device that read cards with the chips (I assume APS brand). They also have another POS device I saw that print digital cards like phone credits and gift cards.
So having them as "payment:credit_cards=no" and "payment:debit_cards=no" is wrong.
Also, I notced that you added the name wrong previously,as you named them like "تیممارت - ڕۆشنبیران" it should be nammed as "تيم مارت", first you wrote the name of the store wrong, maybe to make it sound kurdish instead of Arabic looking name?, the signs used the name "تيم مارت" not "تيممارت" and you don't have to type the address of the supermarket location in the name like that after the supermarket's name, there is addr:* tags for that.

The Kurdish region is "Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok" Kirkuk Governorate is not part of the Kurdistan region and Makhmur District is part of Nineveh Governorate and administrated by Nineveh since 2017, therefore yes, it's not part of the Kurdish region. You don't know this?
