New housing estate to survey; now completed?

Approximately here there is (non-bike?) opening in the fence to lower paths

There is a footway here that connects the two ends above and below, upper footway also leads to alternate entrance to Zoology. Survey.

Various sets of "steps" go down from the signed River Don Path to a lower walk closer to the river; these should be marked as steps where they are steps.

Kayaking (slalom?) area here; anyone knowledgeable or with access to sufficiently open data should tag this.

I would be surprised if this area is still a building site. Could combine a survey with the extra details of the "new" housing estate.

Note sure how to map that there's a footpath on top of this part of the building which leads to an entrance on the taller building part.
