Track se define por su uso, esta etiqueta solo se usa en vias que lleven a campos de cultivo, Creoque lo que describe es un Vado:

La vía creo que puede ser bien mapeada como residential y ford. Lo que tendría en cuenta la situacion de que se pasa por agua a veces.

Cito la version en español de las razones de poner de nuevo residential:

Debido a que la vía way/535110192 tiene un ruta de transporte público, no puede ser una via track, lo que hace que a pesar de que sea un avía inundable sea de otra categoria, track como define su definicion: highway=track son vías para acceso a tierras, lo que vemos en el mapa es que es una vía que incluso tiene transporte público, lo que por definición no sucede en un track. Así la via tenga condiciones extremas como inundarse.
