Why are there bridge tags on the path around this roundabout?

I've checked a couple of sources and unless the bridge is a recent addition then this is wrong.

There is a new cycleway bridge here.
Plus new cycleway for most of Narellan Rd marked route

The 2 sections of 'under construction' track in this area are complete and in operation. There are also some points missing on the south side of Glenfield station to/from the Leppington overpass. There is probably some minor reconfig work needed at north side of Glenfield also.
