A RouteYou user claims that the road going from the Bergstrasse to the Emil-Rosenow-Strasse is a private road. I can't go and check in person and street level imagery doesn't show any road signs that say this is private property. Can someon with local knowledge confirm / deny what the RouteYou user said and edit the way accordingly?

There seems to be some new housing development here that hasn't been mapped yet. Preliminary aerial imagery shows that work is still ongoing so making changes solely based on those might not be a good idea yet.
