Could someone with greater knowledge check the highway classification continuity involving way #22184284 and node #238526663? I think the tertiary highway would continue but I'm not sure.

I added both a culvert and a tunnel here since I'm unsure which exists at this highway/waterway intersection (likely a culvert here).

It's difficult to determine what type of crossing this is based on all available resources (aerial imagery, lack of street level imagery, MML maps). MML Orthophoto does suggest possibly a bridge.
