This isn't "Avenida El Balneario", it's "Avenida Club Náutico", i.e. according to traffic signs placed by the City Hall at the side of the road. The string "AVENIDA CLUB NÁUTICO" should on this part of the map instead. I'll be happy to contribute with a picture if I'm asked to do so. Feel free to request a proof of information.
