Is this a legitimate cycle route? Feedback from cyclestreets.net suggest it would only be for advanced cyclists suggesting a rocky surface impossible in wet weather? Are there any other tags than can be applied from further survey to make it less attractive as a standard cycle route

Needs surveying to add possible central railing and perhaps add detail regarding steepness of steps? Is there a cycle barrier at the South end also?

Some (or maybe all) of Evelyn Rd appears (from google maps) to have a shared cycle / pedestrian path on the north-west direction. It's not clear when then ends however. If you're in the area, could you add that detail as far along the road as poss?
