The natural gas pipeline landfall didn't mention Yung Long either. Using your arguement of absorbing into bigger places, doesn't Yung Long only appearing on the base lower at very close zoom shows it's lower significance than Black Point?

The government has been using Black Point for the power station, radar station, and a demolished weather station. This is also used in the Lung Kwu Tan reclamation study, and future Black Point quarry. Of course this may refer to the cape and mountain proper, but Yung Long has not been further in use.
