In fact there's already `motor_vehicle=no`, and `vehicle=no` (which may be wrong), here. Don't Tag For Renderer. Drivers shouldn't expect all roads to be open. Other restrictions aren't rendered directly either.

Please don't use `access=no` alone. This breaks pedestrian and bikes. Use `motor_vehicle=` instead.
