Outisde of your changeset comment, aside from not seeing why Lantau Link to Tsing Yi is `=secondary`, there's a difference here in that the entre Lantau Link Visitor Centre and Administrative Area road network/zone can only be accessed by `=motorway`, hence contributing to its status as a `=motorway_link`. For comparison, Ma On Shan Rd bus gate allows all bus (not franchised bus only), so I let it be.

`traffic_calming=table` should be used instead. Re-tagging the section of crosswalk to `=living_street` is not correct, and there seems to be no indication it's priority crosswalk (a la zebra-crossing). These would "informal"/courtesy crossings only.

What happened to the skybridge?

1. It's not necessary to add NT since there's already already a `boundary=administrative`.
2. `addr:province=` and `addr:district=` would be a mismatch, since HK is a state/"province" level, and it's Tuen Mun District. `addr:suburb=` should be used for So Kwun Wat.
3. I prefer `addr:town=` over `addr:city=` to keep it consistent, with the new towns being `place=town`
4. It's not neccessary to the same higher level address to individual buildings inside the area. Tagging on the premise is sufficient.
5. I consider `operator=` to be the managing company. I don't believe Vanke is the management here? It would be a developer, or perhaps `owner=`

Some other map data appears to do this because they are based on paper maps, or have limited functionality. `motor_vehicle:conditional=designated @ (emergency)` + `parking:lane:both=fire_lane` makes it functional. In this case `service=emergency_access` can be debatable, since it has other functions.
2. Don't draw separate lines for a mini-roundabout. Only do this for normal roundabouts with physical separation island in the center

Please don't add descriptors on `name=`. They are `description=`, not a name. You should add `leisure=track` + `sport=running`
