You are simply setting up a slippery slope for others to change into arbitary titles. This has already happened before with Kai Tak site numbers, and land lot numbers.

That's what `description=` is for. Adding such such info to `name=` based on rendering concerns violates 2 good practice.

"下稱「 青衣西路用地 」)" clear evidence the site can simply be called Tsing Yi Rd W

No offense to others who did their part, but for example it would be more ridiculous to have `name=重置駿業街遊樂場設施至康寧道公園及牛頭角配水庫 Reprovisioning of Tsun Yip Street Playground facilities to Hong Ning Road Park and Ngau Tau Kok Fresh Water Service Reservoir` way/121158738

Besides items labeled with street names, those "Public Housing Development" labels still have a proper name eg https://www.pland.gov.hk/file/resources/approved_pb/hd_pb/pdf/Long_Bin_Phases_1_and_2_Yuen_Long.pdf

Can you please check the dictionary for the meaning of proper names?
Also you are still wrong. There's no PWP title as "Tsing Yi Road West Public Housing". Site formation is Public Housing Development at Tsing Yi Road West, which is exactly what should be avoided. It's undesirable to have real estate agent style names either, which everyone can call them differently.
In fact, the road names can form the project titles and site names https://www.pland.gov.hk/pland_en/resources/approved_pb/hd_pb/index.html

1. `description:zh=` has already been used here

`name=` should be for proper names only, similar to what might be used after opening. Don't direct copy descriptor labels coined by others, or the entire project heading.

Please stop reusing useless upload comment. Use descriptive comments. Very basic format possible: Location + Feature type

Please don't mass add HA to especially HOS, which is sold away and separated, supervised and managed by others

This is a phase of it. `=apartments` has already been added to the entire estate.

Please don't directly delete them, as they represent a shop space. It makes tracking and updating more work later.

157066934 over 1 year ago

Please don't directly delete these. They contain an address, and represents a shop space. It can be changed to a plain "point".

157063985 over 1 year ago

This shouldn't be done, as they are different aspects. Addresses should be kept on both `entrance=` and areas.

157062228 over 1 year ago

Please don't simply delete it. It's a more complicated task that needs to be reworked with `building:parts=` from the old method.

1. Please use descriptive upload comments
2. Please split your edits and uploads to regions, not covering far apart locations

4. `substation=distribution` is used for large ones. This should be a `=`minor_distribution` , or `=industrial` depending.

156882653 over 1 year ago

3. Please don't add `layer=` to `building=` and `building:part=` , which are already handled by `building:levels=` etc

2. It can be seen the older Esri Clarity has a different orthorectification

2. Please don't simply align elevated features to aerial imagery exactly. They are offset. Should be checked against shadows projected on ground.
