Updated a hostel

Was in both accomodations last week. Sara apartment was not existing on OSM. Added also some information on Leen Guest House.

Have been in the hostel last week and it is not clear why the building is called Abu Wa'el but not Rainbow House (also not clear for me from the history of the node). Therefore I added a node for the hostel there and included some information.

Used Wikipedia Article to add some tags. Also added the alternativ name (Faith) to the White Statue.

Added the alternative French version (basilique de l’Agonie) as for the other languages.

Just added the English name for the stairs from the street sign. I cannot type Hebrew to complete the 3 versions that are mentioned on the street sign.
