Updated a fast_food

The bus station Miðstöð was mistakenly tagged as Krossmói.

Upgraded bus route 75 to public transport version 2 and made some minor changes. Due to limits in JOSM, I couldn't implement everything on the timetable.

Corrected an error where a small part of bus route 51 went against a oneway. Added bus route 52.

Bus route #23 didn't actually move when the new road near Gálgahraun was opened. The route (at least now) also goes in both directions in Álftanes in every single trip. Previously it went in only one of the directions each trip.

Added an alt_name for the Frakkastígur bus stop. Changed so the alt_names of four bus stops so they won't have an abbreviated name of Austurberg since that might cause confusion.

Corrected one of my typos.
