This is the Inn at Harvard which is currently being used as swing space during the House Renewal project.

Lowell House has just finished a 2-year renovation and this was used for Lowell swing. As of August 1st, Lowell will have moved out and it will be Adams House swing.

The outside labeling already reflects this.
