Beaumont Trace needs its own area in order to merge information from this node; current area encompasses both Beaumont Trace and neighboring Lakeside Apartments

These are two separate apartment complexes, so residential landuse area needs to be split up. Whoever takes care of this one, make sure to merge tags from and remove the node landuses for each complex when you do.

Road is signed as "South Dowlen Road" at the intersection with College Street, but this seems to be pretty new. Basically all other signs just say "Dowlen" but I know addresses in the area do have "South Dowlen" as the street name. Needs some investigation to see where exactly the transition from "South Dowlen" to "Dowlen" is.
