This street is Exchange Way, according to the City of Webster Groves GIS map, and Google Maps - the street labeled "Exchange Way" just south of here, is also labeled that way in Webster Groves GIS data (not in Google Maps) but it is entirely within the property of the building materials company, so it seems unlikely to be correct.

There is a gate at this point, and the roads to the south are part of the private property of the building materials companies. West Park Avenue (west of this point, to Macklind Ave) no longer exists - it's just grass and parking lots, most of which are fenced and gated. Google Maps does not show this road and the satellite views show it no longer exists. Also, East Road ends at this point with a locked gate, and the section north of here to Wise Avenue is a private parking lot - this is also correctly displayed in Google Maps.

North Service Road not bike/walk/run safe, so it should have an access of foot=no. I found it in a running program (CityStrides) that shows it as runnable, when in fact it is a high-speed interstate access road with no pedestrian access.

This is a "service road" (i.e. an alleyway) and not a "residential road" - that's why there's no name for it.
