Sidewalks, crossings and stops using bing aerial and streetside imagery, except where recent (last few months) surveys indicate different crossing markings. Also removed old, unneeded tiger tags.

Add valet parking dropoff area, using suggested valet_parking=only tag from note

Update surfaces, lighting, crossing along new sections of bike and footpaths, new opening date seen on signs. Construction is done, but the fences are staying up until February to let the new grass take hold.
