Stabucks is open now. Removed construction area and added a rough outline for the new building based on the old one. Still need to update parking and drive-through. Copied the address over from the old building.

Confirmed onsite that Katsu Bar didn't replace Pokebar. They're sharing the space, and both names are on the new signs. Didn't find a consensus on the forums, so I marked them as separate POIs. Also cleaned up duplicate address tagging.
