Added café Casa Típica Madeirense, shortened name of Rest Jaquet

Shortened "explanatory text" used to fix the fact that the Museu 4b shelter has the Pinga 3c sign on it.

Apparently a place can not be both a café and a bakery? Split Pau de Canela to fix.

Café disappeared? Nudged it a bit.

Created shops instead of named entrances.

Added 2 bars as seen. Added street number to start of odd-number interpolation along R. Sta Maria.

Oops, one Vintage Bar too many. Removed.

Clean-up as for Pinga (65642128). Station is now Teleférico, reintro stop names (just letters;no confusion w/ route nos) REMOVED the EACL Bus Stn: moved its wheelchair attrib to Teleférico stn and Route 155 relation to EACL stop.

Manually reverted changeset: 65634882 (move Pinga 3c). Ground facts seem to be that Museu 4b has a sign saying "Pinga 3c" - whereas the actual Pinga 3c has no longer any sign. Added Museu and Pinga Bus Terminals and added the lot into two new relations.

Clean-up: Moved Pinga 3c to where it is as seen on sign. Added notes about bus routes

Clean-up: Added EACL as operator to Transit Stop Area and included it into the same relation as all the rest.

Clean-up: Removed operator from relation and included EACL stops, vending machines, kiosks and the whole Transit Stop Area into the same relation. Removed a superfluous/non-existent bus stop. Corr spelling Horarios->Horários.
