Added a stub of path leading to a local high point. Found during a MTB ride.

Update track surface tags following MTB ride.

Changed smoothness of path to reflect that its been damaged by storm water flows. Several deep water gullies across the path add to its lack of smoothness. This is not a wheelchair et al friendly path.

Name changed from Mordun Top to Moredun Top. Moredun, with the extra 'e', is the dominate spelling as found on the Internet, eg Wikipedia, and OS map.
