This is NOT 3 rd st It IS HIGHWAY 40 WEST. THIS NEEDs TO BE CORRECTed. ITS BEEN Highway 49 west FOR 90 years that I am personally aware of so whomever decided change it is NOT correct and it has caused residents numerous and reoccurring deliver problems.

This is a private road not a county road.
It is inside of a privately owned trailer park facility.
